Toronto Roofing.ca started this recent job in the Summerhill neighbourhood of Toronto with Grace Ice & Water Shield which has been a leader in underlayments for waterproofing and weather barriers over 35 years now.  Grace self-adhered underlayment was used in this application due to the low pitch on the rear slope of this particular home to ensure no leaks arise from ice damning in the winter months.
